Improved document handling and processing
For improved clarity and better alignment with the action being performed, the button previously labelled Authorise has been renamed Confirm on document detail line authorisation workflows. This change helps reduce ambiguity in scenarios where authorisation implies a formal approval process. The updated label is now used throughout iplicit wherever the action represents a confirmation rather than an approval.
Redundant document type settings have been removed to improve clarity, reduce complexity and enhance overall performance.

Delivery date can now be made mandatory on Purchase requisitions and Sales orders via a new setting on the Document type.

Improved scrolling & navigation when using the drop selector for Chart of account codes on Purchase invoice lines.
Minor fix when copying credit card expenses and changing the bank account.
Improved performance of the correction unpost feature when processing large volumes of documents.
Currency rate now recalculates when copying a Manual journal, copy exact retains the existing rate from the journal being copied.
Improvements on the calculation of deferred/prepayment periods when changing the date from & date to fields on a document line.
Department posting drop values now display in the order set on the order index of department catalogue (as seen in the department finder).
Stock documents are now stopped from being processed if they would cause negative stock under the average-cost valuation method.
Penny correction document now displays the base currency correctly.
Improved presentation of Irish VAT Return when using Firefox browser.
Enhanced validation on document matching with negative amounts.
Fund and Fund type analysis are now carried forward from the source document when processing through the Asset capitalisation screen.
Presentation fixes to bank currency amount displayed in the bulk receipt screen.
Minor fixes to setting interco values on document templates.
Improved document processing to prevent items from getting stuck in authorisation workflows.
Authorisation workflow enhancement to detect attachments on document header and detail lines.
When reversing a manual journal with related linked documents all related documents now reverse.
Improved date handling in accounts payable automation.
Minor issue resolved when setting project values in accounts payable automation documents.
Users now see the message "Drag and drop is not supported here. Please upload attachments using the file explorer" when attempting to drag files from New Outlook, as New Outlook does not fully support drag-and-drop functionality.

Improved location and SKU filtering on Stock levels.
Redundant settings have been removed from Environment Defaults to streamline configuration.
The Order Required tick box has been removed from Customer records as this option was redundant.
Minor issue resolved when using the customer/supplier split button.
The Budget Forecast (BF) period is now included in relevant views, improving financial planning clarity.
A Revaluation checkbox is now accessible on the bulk amend screen of Chart of Accounts, enabling the revaluation setting to be applied to several accounts simultaneously.
When transactions are imported via Bank feeds, opening balances on existing Bank statements are now adjusted automatically. This removes the need for manual corrections and ensures accurate running totals.
Legal Entity Report Text editor now correctly displays catalogue options.
Custom attributes can no longer include spaces or special characters. Validation now blocks invalid entries to ensure attribute names remain clean and compatible.
Tooltips in document finders no longer reappear repeatedly when Remember user customisations is disabled.
Rejected timesheets are now correctly hidden when the Rejected status is unticked in the Timesheet Manager filter.
Changes made by dragging accounts between groups in the Dynamic Accounting Structure are now saved correctly.
The note icon on a timesheet line now shows as bold when a note is added.
Countries have been updated to show correct default language.
The Send Customer Statements scheduler now correctly applies Data Access Control (DAC) settings when run.
Legal entity ID on attachments now updates correctly when the document’s legal entity is changed, preventing DAC related issues.
Resolved error when auto-populating Financial year groups.
Single customer statements can no longer be generated when the *Receive Statements box is unticked on a customer record.
Improved accuracy of supplier identification in AP Automation.
Prevented duplicate uncapitalisation actions on assets from both finder and record views.
Improved scrolling, navigation, group expanding/collapsing and saving/editing in Budget forecast screens.
Permission issue resolved when selecting a financial year upon budget creation.
Improved support in budgets for attribute values in lowercase.
Improved notes and attachment handling on customer import.
Improved handling of URLs on imports.
Fixed an issue that caused errors when amending multiple lines simultaneously.
Enquiries
The Cancel button is now displayed correctly for users on all initial and subsequent refreshes within enquiries.
Saving dashboards now completes successfully.
Improved local & UTC date time display in enquiries.
Enquiries: Purchase orders (amount), GRN (amount) and Project – TM Committed now display gross matched amount correctly.
P/L (Local and Consolidation) enquiry now respects the financial year selected when run without a financial year group listed.
Budget enquiries now handle large data sets of budget periods correctly.
Tax
The Partial Tax Ignore flag now updates correctly based on the Non-Recoverable setting. If Non-Recoverable is unticked the Partial Tax Ignore flag is now automatically cleared, unless it was manually set, ensuring consistent and expected behaviour.
Improved Partial tax handling for legal entities with multiple tax registrations.
Removed redundant New, Edit, Amend buttons from the tax authority screens.
