Available Automations
In the Finder Side Menu, select Available Automations
This presents you with all available Disbursements that can be Invoiced.
If your User permissions are Automation: Disbursement Advanced entry you can hold CTRL then click on the Legal entity or Customer to drill down into their details.
If setup mistakes have been made resulting in this finder not presenting the desired available disbursements, corrections can be made to the setup then you can repopulate.
Legal Entity: The Legal entity that is associated with the disbursement.
Project: The Project that is associated with the disbursement.
Doc: The Document number.
Date: The date of the expense.
Description: Of the expense.
Amount: The amount of the expense.
Customer: The Customer that the expense is being disbursed to.
Exclude and selected: These tick boxes will be ticked if the expense is excluded from being invoiced or selected for invoicing.
Automation: This is the Automation type.
Account: This is the Chart of account associated with the expense.
Tip
To modify the columns displayed, select on the top right of the page, then tick/untick the information you want to hide or display.
Repopulate
When changes are made that affect the available automations pressing Repopulate will refresh the finder to update the information.
Exclude
You can exclude expenses from the available automations by selecting them then pressing Exclude.
Filter
You can use the Sets to present the available automations that you would like to see.
Alternatively, you can use the filter icon and parameters.
Setup
There are a few parameters and/or tick boxes that can affect the available automations such as:
The Chart of account must have disbursements ticked to be used.
If you are using disbursement automation on Projects you must allow it in the project setup as seen below.
The date from and date to fields in the Disbursement automation Criteria tab found in the Automation finder selects the earliest and latest documents to be available.
