Login screen

  • In conjunction with MFA, the look and feel of the login screen is changed. In addition to supporting MFA, the login screen changes support Single Sign On (SSO) which is scheduled for the November release.
  • This login change applies to all browsers, Android & iOS phones as well as Excel and the electron app.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

  • We have enhanced the user security with the addition of MFA.
  • In addition to password authentication, MFA enables a second authentication factor with the extra choices including email, SMS and authenticator.
  • Users can save these authentication factors and select from those setup when logging in.
  • Trusted devices can be saved to simplify the login process.

Automated FX realised

  • In addition to individually processing FX realised documents, it is now possible to batch process them. This process can be automated using the scheduler.
  • For those Customers that have large volumes of foreign currency documents, this has the potential to be a welcome time saving option.

Mobile: Biometric login

  • Biometric login is now available on Android & iPhone, supporting both fingerprint and Face Id recognition.

YE roll forward P&L analysis attributes

  • As part of the Year End process, a number of our Customers have requested the ability to include P&L attributes in the posting of the retained earnings.
  • An example includes the addition of fund but as with the balance sheet, any posting attributes can be selected as required.

Budget export to & from Excel

  • It is now possible to export a budget forecast, amend it in Excel and import the changes back into Iplicit.

Geo location

  • Geo location is now recorded upon sign-in.

Timesheet: Copy - with and without values

  • It is now possible to copy timesheets, with or without timesheet values.

Timesheet: Hold & Stop

  • Timesheets status can now be set to ON HOLD or NOT TO BE INVOICED (Stop).

Timesheet pricing by resource group

  • Timesheet product pricing can now also be setup by Resource Group. This supports reduced price maintenance.

Tree finders

  • Many finders can now be viewed as Trees as well as grids of data.

Analytics enhancements - Totals

  • Pivots have had a few useful features added including:
    • Show tree items with no data, i.e items without data
    • Show non tree items, i.e. items not included in the tree
