Valuations

• The valuation feature updates the stock amount on the Balance sheet.

• This process can be scheduled to run e.g. daily or monthly in the Scheduler.

Run a stock valuation

1. Press Run.

   

2. Select the Legal entity that you are running the valuation for.

3. Enter the date that you want the valuation to run for.

4. Enter the Period that you want the valuation to run for.

5. Fill out the required fields

   Required fields explained

   • Grouping tick boxes: Select if you want the valuation to group by product or Stock keeping units.
   • Behaviour: Tick if you want to include negative stock.
   • Submit: Tick to auto submit the valuation update the Balance sheet.

6. Press Submit.
