    Stock Keeping Units

    • A Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is a unique identifier assigned to a product for the purpose of inventory management and ease of tracking.

    Select Stock / SKUs from the Settings section of the pulse menu -

    Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.

    or enter Stock Keeping Units or SKU in the Quick Launch Side Menu.

    This will then show the Stock Keeping Units on the system where normal customisation of Sets can be used. Also, you can toggle between rows to show more or less data.

    Tip

    To modify the columns displayed, select in the top right of the page, then tick/untick the information you want to see or not.

    How to create Stock Keeping Units

    Create a new Stock Keeping Unit
    1. Select Stock Keeping Units from one of the options as shown above in Viewing Stock Keeping Units.

    2. Press New.

    3. Enter the following -

      • Product
      • Code: Unique code for the SKU.
      • Description: Description of SKU.
      • SKU: When this option is selected, stock levels will be kept in this SKU. When unselected, all stock levels will be converted to base SKU.
      • Base SKU: To be used on multi packs. If set, the stock will be converted into the base SKU.
      • Stock unit: Quantity that constitutes one unit in your inventory. e.g. Box of 5
      • Factor
    4. Select Create to save details.
