Our new AI Help feature is now available to streamline your support experience. It allows you to browse relevant support articles and ask questions directly, helping you find accurate answers faster and more easily. By combining intelligent search with interactive guidance, AI Help is designed to save time and improve efficiency whenever you need assistance.

GoCardless Direct Debit Mandate import
We’re excited to announce a new enhancement that connects iplicit directly with GoCardless, allowing existing Direct Debit mandates to be retrieved automatically and linked to your iplicit customer records. This makes adopting Direct Debits faster and simpler, without the need to set up new mandates. With this enhancement, you can:
Import all active Direct Debit mandates from your GoCardless account without having to use export files.
Match and link mandates directly to the correct iplicit customer records.
Ignore any mandates that are not required to be linked to iplicit customer records.
Ensure imported mandates are correctly linked and ready for payment collection.
Cin7 integration enhancements
Stock valuation import
A new interface has been added to allow stock valuation data to be imported from Cin7 directly into iplicit, streamlining the process and reducing manual entry.
Support for custom file mapping ensures that incoming Cin7 data aligns accurately with iplicit’s data structure, enabling consistent and reliable reporting.
A robust, fully validated import workflow now manages the transfer of stock valuation data, including error handling and confirmation steps to maintain data integrity throughout the process.

Other enhancements
We have enhanced standard financial analytics — P&L, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Budget vs Actual — by freezing row headers, making it easier to navigate large enquiries and view wide horizontal pivot tables without losing track of key information.
The APA Registered Documents screen now includes a Legal Entity column, allowing documents to be filtered by Legal Entity for easier management and review.
Added a new option to the Project Committed TB enquiry to display outstanding GRNs.

User role Assets: Read Only has been renamed Asset Settings: Read Only for improved clarity.
The correction unpost function has been removed from revaluation documents and replaced with a reverse function to ensure linked documents stay in sync.
Improved handling and user feedback for multi-currency Bank Transfers.

This powerful feature improves invoice accuracy, speeds up processing, and strengthens fraud detection, helping your finance team work smarter, not harder.
The system automatically reviews purchase invoices and flags potential issues. It identifies duplicate invoices, highlights first-time supplier transactions, and detects invoices entered outside normal business hours. These checks help prevent errors, uncover unusual activity, and give you greater confidence in your accounts.
This feature will be made available to early adopters before the wider general release.
