Help Options

On the top right-hand corner of any screen within iplicit will be the following options.

Selecting the help icon will show the help options that are available.

• User guides: Selecting this option takes you to the User Guide home menu.

  

  

• Contact support: Select this option to take you to your Customer Support menu.

  

• Show AI help / Hide AI help: This will turn on/off the iplicit AI Help.

  

  Selecting the option opens up the iplicit AI Help menu.

• Individual menu help: Once a particular menu has been selected, then the specific help for that item will also show e.g Purchase invoices.

  

  Selecting this option will bring up the appropriate menu from the User Guide.
