Bulk payment unpost
- It is now possible to unpost Bulk payments.
Tax Authorities
Tax codes & rates are now managed directly from each Tax Authority. We also now have the notion of parent Tax Authority to allow e.g. Canadian provinces also inherit the Canada GST rate.
Canadian tax
This release includes Canadian tax codes, rates and handling between GST & provincial rates. Each Canadian province is treated as a separate Tax Authority related to the parent Canada Tax Authority .
Partial tax handling - Legal Entity & Project evaluation filter
We have extended the flexibility of partial Tax handling to include Legal Entities as further filter criteria to determine partial tax rates.
Tax Group - auto creation of tax periods
- We're always looking for ways to simplify implementation and give Customers one less job to remember, you can now automate the creation of tax periods. This can be done either manually from the Tax Group or as a scheduled event to run automatically e.g. monthly.
Tax Band defaulting
- By popular demand, we have enhanced the order by which Tax Bands are defaulted.
- A practical example is when entering a Purchase invoice with a product on the line, the precedence order will change to default the Tax Band from the Product advance of the default Tax Band on the Supplier.
- The same logic applies to Sale documents and Customers.
