Archive

• The Archive documents and Archive GL provide access to GL documents from your Legacy finance system (e.g. Exchequer, Sage, PS Financials, Quick Books, etc).
• This data is specifically imported as a one-time process and supports the ability to use iplicit to view your legacy GL data and not have to continue to have access. Speak to your commercial contact if you wish to explore this option.
• This data sits in parallel to the iplicit GL and does not require the data to exist in the iplicit GL.

User permissions required to view Archive documents & Archive GL

1. Either select User roles from User access in the Settings section of the pulse menu -

   

   or enter User roles in the Quick Launch Side Menu.

   

2. Add user(s) to the Archive read only user role to be able to view the Archive data.
