How to view Archive VAT Returns

View Archive VAT returns

As per Generic Navigation options, either from left-hand navigation panel, select Archive VAT returns from the Archive folder or enter Archive VAT returns in the Search option.

This will then show your Archive (legacy) GL as a Financial statement, separated by Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss then subsequent headings and account codes.

This gives you the full list of Archived VAT returns.

1. Select Archive VAT returns from one of the options as shown above in View Archive VAT returns.

2. Select and open the Archive VAT return to view.

   

   Selecting Edit allows you to add your own Description

   Other tabs -

   • Log
   • Summary
   • Detail
   • By Tax Code

   The Log tab shows all the transactions against the selected Archive VAT returns.
