  • This enhancement allows different email accounts to be used contextually when sending e.g. Sales Invoices, remittance advice from differing Legal Entities.
    • This is set on the Communications with the result being that the email account used is automatically selected per the Legal Entity on the originating document.

Absence: access restrictions by Department

  • Previously, if a user had access to the Resource schedule they could see absence for all departments. This enhancement enables absence visibility to be optionally restricted by Department/ resource.

Printer sharing controls

  • We have already enable remote printers to be shared across Iplicit. This release includes the additional controls to allow each printer to be optionally shared with a selection of users.
    • An example of use would be separate Printers in different offices which are restricted to appropriate users for that location.
