Timesheets: invoicing efficiencies

  • Sale and Self-billing invoices can now be created from Timesheet lines without having to wait for all lines to be approved for the timesheet.

    Tip

    • Amend environment setting

Authorisation: edit in workflow step

  • Workflow authorisation has been enhanced to optionally allow documents to be edited as part of authorisation distribution.

    • This is a useful option upon the authorisation reviewing of a document and examples of use is the instruction to "Check the Cost Centre(s)" or perhaps "Check VAT coding".

      Tip

      • Instructions can be included to guide the authoriser.

Communications: attachments preview

  • We have extended support to preview attachments of more file formats (eg. excel)
    • Previously only PDF attachments could be previewed.

Cost Centre: Parent support

  • We have extended Cost Centre to allow Parent. Common use cases for this include viewing Cost Centre hierarchy, enquiries and reporting as well as authorisation distribution by Cost Centre parent.

  • We have extended partial tax evaluation behaviour to optionally include Legal Entity and Project.

Other

  • Batch payments has been renamed to Bulk payments
  • Batch receipts has been renamed to Bulk receipts
