Auto reversing Manual Journals
- Manual journals can now be created which will auto reverse in a specified period. Examples of this include e.g. Accrual created in February creates a linked document which auto reverses in March.
- Specific document types are available for this purpose. Access to these types can be restricted per user.
Email service
- We have enhanced our supported email providers to (Gmail, Outlook 365, SMTP) offering greater security and simpler configuration.
Requisitions
- This release sees the introduction of Purchase Requisitions. They are a pre-cursor to a Purchase Order.
- As with all documents, access can be restricted and they can take advantage of workflow authorisation.
- Requisitions are also available for use on the mobile.
UI enhancements
- You can now drag and drop columns around within finders as well as amending column widths. These changes are also saved as part of user customisation persistence.
User customisations persistence
- In this release, your using settings are now being saved not only for your session but is also supported across all browsers. This means wherever you login, your personal customisations will be reflected
- Examples of personal customisations include column widths, column show/ hide, column positioning, themes, Enquiry pivots, recent changes
Domestic Reverse charge
- In accordance with HMRC requirements, the system now supports reverse charge VAT for building and construction services.
