GL reconciliations can now be used to manually review a subset of accounts for later verification and reconciliation, such as PAYE or penny difference adjustments.

Mobile apps

Iplicit app for iOS is out of beta and is now available on the official App Store, following the previous release of the Android app:

Iplicit functions for Excel

The Iplicit Excel Add-in with support for custom functions is no longer in preview and is now available on the official Microsoft AppSource store.

Document import

A new generic document import interface is now available that can import any kind of transaction based on a standard CSV template.

Line discounts

Discount (% / amount) can now be set on document lines, templates and recurring transactions.

Bank ref reconciliation proposal

Improved bank rec matching suggestions for Bulk payments:

  • Match proposals by bank ref

  • Masked references: e.g BPXX4321 match to BP654321

This is currently available as a suggestion which aids the matching of bank transactions generated by Bulk payments.

Document template description tags

  • You can now specify date template tags on lines.

  • An additional syntax is now supported to offset the date.
    E.g.: [+1M]DocDate adds one month.
    (All payment term code is supported, including the 9xx codes)

Credit balance / limits / hold / stop / warning

  • Credit limits are now presented

  • Credit balances are presented for customers with credit limit setup

  • Messages

Customer addresses are replaced with legal entity locations on purchase documents.
