User Sessions

  • User Sessions will show all User accounts that are signed into the account.

How to view User Sessions

Viewing User Sessions

Select User Access / User sessions from the Settings section of the pulse menu -

Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.

or enter User sessions in the Quick Launch side menu.

This will then show the User sessions that are signed into the account, where normal customisation of Sets can be used.

Tip

To modify the columns displayed, select on the top right of the page, then tick/untick the information you want to hide or display.

How to terminate a User Session

Terminating a User Session

  1. Select User sessions from one of the options as shown above in Viewing User Sessions.

  2. Select and open the User account to terminate.

  3. Select the option.

  4. Confirm the termination on the following option.
