User licenses
- A user license determines the User role(s) available for a User. This will decide the features that the User has access to.
- User licenses are also linked with User roles which in turn, dictate permissions that related Users are given (e.g. "My expense entry").
- NB. A User may be in one or more User roles.
- The team and transaction pack user licenses have had User roles setup in advance to help you select which User role(s) are appropriate to each User. Use of the custom user licenses must be explicitly agreed with your sales representative and should not be used unless this is the case.
