    Event log

    • Event logs shows you a table of all the activities that have been processed which may help to show processes that have run as expected, or if not, showing you an error message for the failure reason.

      • Date and time of event.
      • Message.
      • Username.
    Viewing Event Logs

    Select Support / Event Log from the Settings section of the pulse menu -

    Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.

    or enter Event log in the Quick Launch Side Menu.

    This will then show the Event logs on the system where normal customisation of Sets can be used.

    Tip

    To modify the columns displayed, select in the top right of the page, then tick/untick the information you want to see or not.


    Filter Event logs

    • To Filter the results, use the filter icon.

    Clearing Events

    • To make viewing easier you can clear all the events that are showing, and then only future events will show.

    • Select Event Log from one of the above options in Viewing Event Logs.

    • Select Events to clear either -

      • individually by ticking selection box in the left-hand column on each Event.

      • or selecting all Events by ticking selection box on the left on the attribute line.

    • Then select the Tail button to remove these Events.

      Note

      This will only clear the Events for this session. Events are NOT removed completely and will reappear next time Event Log is selected.
