Payment terms

• Payment terms refer to the conditions surrounding the payment part of a sale, typically specified by the seller to the buyer.

• These terms outline when and how often payments are due, as well as any penalties for late payments

How to view Payment terms

Viewing Payment terms

As per Generic Navigation options, either from left-hand navigation panel, expand Settings and select Payment terms from the Purchases folder or enter Payment terms in the Search option.

This will then show the Payment terms on the system where normal customisation of Sets can be used.

Tip

To modify the columns displayed, select option on the right of the column display, then tick/untick the information you want to hide or display.
