How to view Teams

Viewing Teams

Select HR / Teams from the Settings section of the pulse menu -

This is an example screenshot of the pulse menu.

Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.

or enter Teams in the Quick Launch Side Menu.

This will then show the Teams on the system where normal customisation of Sets can be used.

How to add Teams

Adding Teams

1. Select Teams from one of the options as shown above in Viewing Teams.

2. Select New.

   

3. Enter a unique Code and Description.

   

4. Select Create to save.

   

How to edit Teams

Editing Teams

1. Select Teams from one of the options as shown above in Viewing Teams.

2. Select and open the Teams to edit.

3. Select Edit.

   

4. Edit Description.

   

5. Select Save to save changes.

   

How to delete Teams

Deleting Teams

1. Select Teams from one of the options as shown above in Viewing Teams.

2. Select the Teams to delete.

3. Select the icon and select Lock.

   

4. Select the icon again, then select Delete.
