Series
The Doc # is a unique document number that consists of both a prefix and a suffix.
The prefix should be used to identify the type of transaction that is created e.g. PIN for a Purchase Invoice.
The suffix identifies how many number digits there will be after the prefix. e.g. A Doc # format of PIN00000 means that there will be 5 number digits after the prefix. So, the first Purchase Invoice submitted would equal PIN00001, the 2734th Purchase Invoice submitted would lead to a Doc # of PIN02734.
