    Document batches refer to the practice of processing multiple source documents together, rather than individually.

    Select Document / Document Batches from the Settings section of the pulse menu -

    Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.

    or enter Document Batches in the Quick Launch Side Menu.

    This will then show the Document Batches on the system where normal customisation of Sets can be used.

    • Status: Status of Batch - e.g. Draft, Pending authorisation, Approved, Posted.
    • Batch date: Date batch ran.
    • Batch no: Unique batch number.
    • Description: Batch description.
    • Batch definition: Batch definition.
    • Last modified: Date that batch was last modified.
    • Last modified by: User who last modified batch.
    Tip

    To modify the columns displayed, select in the top right of the page, then tick/untick the information you want to see or not.
