Archived Accounts
This is a full set of all Archived Accounts as a Chart of Accounts structure reflecting the accounting structure of the organisation with each Account belonging to either the Profit & Loss or Balance Sheet financial statement.
This data can be exported to an excel file using the 
button.
View Archive Accounts menu
In iplicit, go to the Archive Accounts menu by either selecting Accounts from Archive in the Settings section from the pulse menu -

Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.
or enter Archive Accounts in the Quick Launch Side Menu.
This will display Archived Accounts.
Information shown is self-explanatory.
Tip
To modify the columns displayed, select
in the top right of the page, then untick the information you do not want to see.
Archive Accounts details
Select Archive Accounts menu from one of the options as shown in View Archive Accounts menu above.
Using the
tree buttons, you can summaries the Accounts into sections or expand the sections. You can also use the 
toggle expand row button.
Select the Account to view and double click to open.
