Dividend Type
Dividends are payments made by a company to its shareholders, usually as a distribution of profits. There are several types of dividends, each with its unique characteristics.
e.g.
Cash Dividends: The most common type, where shareholders receive a cash payment per share they own.
Stock Dividends: Instead of cash, shareholders receive additional shares of the company’s stock.
Property Dividends: These are paid in the form of assets other than cash or stock, such as physical assets.
