Punchout

Punchout is a way for a company’s procurement system to connect directly to a supplier’s online shop.

How to view Punchout suppliers

Viewing Punchout

Select Purchases / Punchout from the Settings section of the pulse menu -

Position of the menu items within pulse will vary according to available options and dependant on personal screen resolution.

or enter Punchout in the Quick Launch Side Menu.

This will then show the Punchouts suppliers already setup on the system where normal customisation of Sets can be used.

To modify the columns displayed, select on the top right of the page, then tick/untick the information you want to hide or display.

Lock Punchout Supplier

Lock Punchout services but leave on the system in case needed for future use.

Go to Punchout menu.
Select the Provider to lock - this will also work if the Provider is selected and opened.
From the option, select Lock.
This will then show the Provider as Locked and will display the icon.
To Unlock, just reverse the process but select Unlock.

Delete Punchout Supplier

Delete locked Punchout services, so that unused or obsolete providers can be fully removed from the system and do not remain indefinitely.

Go to Punchout menu.
Select the locked Provider to delete - this will also work if the locked Provider is selected and opened.
Select Delete.
Confirm deletion.
