    Menu

    The menu is found at the top of the screen, the menu offers a broad view of what your account has access to. Clicking menu groups will produce further menu links. You can click a menu link which will take you to the respective main page.

    The menu offers less depth then both the Pulse and Quick Launch but is a useful tool when navigating and loading main pages & finders.

    Pulse

    The Pulse, found at the top left of the screen. Clicking the pulse will load a variety of different links categorized differently to that of the main menu. In addition to the original menu links, dependent upon your access permissions, you can find the links to some settings. The Pulse offers more depth then the pulse and can be an easier way to find the link you desire.

    If you are struggling to find a link within the pulse, you type into the search bar to limit the results that appear.

    To return to your original page, simply click the pulse again.

    Quick Launch and Side Menu

    The Side Menu appears on the left of your screen upon logging in. The Side Menu is where all of your open pages will appear. At the top of the side menu you can find the Quick Launch. The Quick Launch contains every possible main page link restricted by only your access permissions. At the bottom of the side menu are the three tabs showing you what pages you currently have open, your favourite pages as well as your previously edited pages.

    • The Current tab: Shows a list of all pages and documents you have opened in your current user session. If you want to organise the current tab then you can right click on any documents name and a list of actions will appear; you can flag specific pages/documents, close pages/documents and add a page/document to your favourites.

    • The Favourite tab: Shows you a list of your favourite pages. You can toggle the eye icon to make a favourite documents automatically load upon logging in.

    • The History tab: shows you a list of everything that you have edited or created during your current user session. This can be a useful way in maintaining the documents you have edited do not get lost within the ones you have only opened.

    If you want to minimise the side menu then click the three lines at the top left of the side menu itself. You can still access the different tabs and open pages via the their respective icons instead.

    Global search

    The Global search tool can be found at the top right of your screen. To open the Global search, you can either click the magnifying glass or press “F3" on your keyboard.

    The "search settings" button will load a list of attributes you can select from when using the global search. With an attribute selected, you can search through all of the data within that respective finder.
